When you meet with our doctors, we will perform a thorough, two-part eye exam.
First is the ocular health examination. Either Dr. Hooton or Dr. Smith will examine the overall health of your eye. Your doctor will evaluate the eye’s structure and determine if there are any problems. They may also suggest eye dilation and other evaluation methods if necessary.
The second part of our eye exam is the visual examination. We will determine whether any prescription is needed to aid your vision. If so, we can provide you with your prescription or schedule a contact lens fitting if you prefer to wear contacts.
